This is a description of all categories page. It displays in the left sidebar on the page under PRODUCTS menu item. Please change the image and description in the Admin Panel – Posts.
By the way, you can create a description for each category. Simply go to Admin and create a new post with the same name as product category and put it into the Products categories.
