Dolomite is used to sweeten acid soils whilst at the same time provide plants with two essentials plant nutrients – calcium and magnesium. Soil acidity is expressed as pH. The lower the pH the more acid the soil. Dolomite helps to raise the pH, and assist in releasing nutrients trapped in the soil.

How to use:

Spread 250 grams per square metre and work into the soil. For lawns apply 125g per square metre. Water in well. Regular use will help to counteract the acidifying effects of fertilisers in gardens and lawns. Not suitable for use on acid loving plants.
